Refund Policy
All sales are final. Exceptions may be considered only at the discretion of the company. Throughout our website, we provide information regarding our process, the sample collection and your results. Please review this information prior to purchasing. Your placement of an order from dnaPower constitutes your acceptance of our Terms of Use.
Refunds will not be issued if:
- a refund is requested more than thirty (30) days after payment
- the kit was purchased outside our online store (for partner purchases, please consult the partner for their refund policy)
- the kit has been used (i.e. the sealed swab bag or tube has been opened)
- the used sample has been received by dnaPower
- the swab has been processed in our laboratory (no exceptions).
If a refund request is accepted:
- a restocking fee will apply
- return shipping charges will apply
- the complete, unopened kit must be returned before any refund will be processed.

The information and services provided on this Site and in the Reports may include inaccuracies and typographical errors. dnaPower may revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice. You are responsible to regularly review these Terms of Use and your continued use of this Site and Reports constitutes your agreement to the Terms of Use in place from time to time.
